Hello everyone, my name is Matt, a car fanatic who knows anything and everything about cars. Look down on the page to see more about me!

Hello everyone, my name is Matt, a dedicated Skyline/Car fanatic straight outta New York. I do not have a job relating to cars, but my life still revolves around them. Cars are my passion, and to me, the Nissan Skyline GT-R is the pinnacle of Japanese Engineering, raciness and audaciousness that one could find in a car anywhere on the globe. Anyhoo, lets start with my love for the GT-R.

It all started on my most recent trip to London, when upon returning to my hotel in a taxi, a sonorous rumble was heard, remenescent of a Porsche 911 Turbo without a muffler, while we were parked at a stoplight. Soon it was right next to us, a purple painted monster with the sweetest war cry I've ever heard on a car (and ive been in quite a few Ferraris, including an F40). Completely in awe of this unusual machine, I ask the driver what the car next to us was. "Why, it's a Skyline GT-R! Those things are fast! Where have you been?" My eyes were hooked on this amazing piece of machienery. Then suddenly, the light changed, and as the driver of the Skyline floored the gas, I listened to its beautiful engine and watched its sheetmetal as it rocketed into the distance. Suddenly a wave of jealousy came over me, regardless of how impossible it is to own a GT-R in my country. Determined to find out who made this "Skyline GT-R", I went on cars.co.uk, to learn what this car was. I learned it was made by Nissan, and i was totally taken aback that they could build a car that looked and sounded like the car I had seen earlier that day. I started looking at performance stats, and my Jaw dropped. Suddenly, as I searched for the car at cars.com, and found it to no avail, my heart sunk, feeling defeated that my favorite car was not sold in the USA.

Lets skip away from the teariness and get into more recent times. I became a Grand Turismo 2 addict (it's a game for Playstation, any gearhead who plays video games knows what it is, and most likely worships it, like myself). As the game progressed, I found that I had alot of money, and wanted to buy a car. Looking around in Japan for a car to buy, I looked at Nissan right before I was about to purchase a Subaru Impreza 22b STi. There it was. The car I had seen and longed for in London was in my favorite video game. I bought the GT-R car without skipping a beat, and after defeating many an opponent with the car and gaining more money and getting more add-ons, I ended up, at one point, with 4 R34 cars (Road and Race models) 3 R33s (all Race models) and a R32 GTS25T that I bought randomly to experiment with. Unless you have an IQ of 5 or less, I dont understand how anyone couldnt see my undying love for this monster machine.

Time passed and I got a new computer and a cable modem. Now, not interested in video games, I decided that there had to be Skyline enthusiast sites out on the web. I found hundreds upon hundreds. After finding that they lagged, didnt have info on the skyline, didnt have any pictures, videos or screensavers, I decided that it was time. Time to filter the best out of the mediocre sites. Borrow some of the best from the best Skyline sites. The ultimate goal? To create a fast, user friendly, informative, visually stimulating multimedia filled web site that all Skyline/ Car nuts like me could acess. Today, it is complete. Skyline fans, time to rejoyce.
